Key Features
- Despite its compact size, it contains 2 to 4 contacts the 2-contact type is ideal for Category 2 applications such as food machinery and injection molding machines.
- Small and slim. Approximately 13% more compact than our previous models. Fits small doors and machines with commercially available aluminum frames. Despite its space-saving design, it includes 2 contacts, greatly expanding design flexibility.
- Achieves a locking strength of 1400N despite its small size. Operation head detachment detection function: When the operation head is removed or its mounting direction is changed, the lock monitor circuit (41-42) turns OFF, activating the 'operation head detachment detection function.' (Equipped on HS5L spring lock type). For example, in circuit numbers VB, VD, VJ, and DD types that have two or more lock monitor circuits, removing the operation head causes a mismatch (41-42: OFF, 51-52: ON).
- This mismatch state can be used to detect detachment of the operation head.
- Wiring uses spring-type terminal blocks to prevent loosening due to vibration.
- Adopts gold-plated contacts suitable for micro loads.
- Available in two types: spring lock type that unlocks when the solenoid is energized, and solenoid lock type that locks when the solenoid is energized.
- By changing the mounting direction of the head, 8 patterns of actuator insertion are possible, allowing flexible mounting positions.
- Actuators can be selected according to door shape and application. A lineup of actuators ideal for doors with bounce is also available, as well as cable side-exit types.
